Our team will fully manage your project, including handling the coordination with vendors, architects and contractors. We not only offer design solutions, but we listen and provide guidance in making sure your home is a reflection of who you are and how you live. We also offer interior styling and staging for realtors, photo shoots and rental homes.
Design Process
INTAKE/DISCOVERY MEETING - By way of a scheduled call, we begin the design process by discussing the scope of the project. Potential clients will be asked about their overall aesthetic, construction and architectural needs, goals, budget, timing and desired look and feel for the project. This initial meeting lays the groundwork to get facts and information for both the client and the PID team. It also allows both parties to see if there is a strong connection, as creating interiors can be an intimate and personal experience that factors in ones lifestyle and approachable goals.
CONCEPT - This is the beginning of the true design process. Mood boards, drawings, floor plans, layouts, samples and schedules are usually presented during this phase. It is an opportunity to fine-tune and edit what is presented and get a true sense of the work that will be done and how it will be accomplished.
PROCUREMENT - Upon design approvals, PID begins the ordering, purchasing and custom design legwork that goes into securing all items in a timely fashion. All purchases are approved and closely monitored by PID. Should a receiver be accepting delivery of items, PID will oversee the delivery and storage and secure that items arrive safely and securely.
INSTALLATION - This stage of the design process is the fun part! Once all items have arrived and the project spaces have been completed, an installation date is set in which the PID team supervise and oversee the placement of all items. It is the grand reveal in which the initial design ideas become reality, and one of the most rewarding parts of the process.
