At Home with Nature

We have been working with the lovely team at Susan Fredman Design Group, who have not only a wonderful interior design firm but two stunning stores in Michigan. One of their stores in Union Pier called "At Home with Nature" (love the name...I could use a little of that philosophy on a daily basis) has displayed three of the PPD pieces and they look fantastic. If you get a chance and are in the area try to stop by!

Trade Show Season

I just got back from a trade show that was supposed to have "the finest" vintage clothing. What I walked into was a disasterous display of moth-ball smelling frumpy/dumpy moo-moos from the 70s.  How can anyone call that "vintage" when it isn't even attractive?  They weren't even displayed to sell.

I am amazed at how some people define "antique" and "vintage".  Although I have a lot to learn, when I displayed the PPD line at the NY International Gift Fair I busted my butt to paint, hang and make the space look semi-suitable (see pic).  If anyone knows of some decent shows I can go to please point me in the right direction!
